Warranty and return policy

We believe strongly in the quality of TriPollar's products and every device goes through rigorous design, manufacturing, inspection and testing processes to ensure it meets key specifications our corpses. Defective products are extremely rare.

TriPollar devices have genuine warranty in Vietnam. Warranty is only valid for items distributed by P2H Group.

We will repair or replace genuine identical devices for devices that qualify under warranty, including any manufacturer-related issues from everyday product use.

The product is not eligible for warranty if the product has been dropped, immersed in water, misused, has been improperly maintained or repaired, has been subjected to unauthorized modification, or has been subjected to any other unauthorized use. in the printed instructions.

Please note that warranty returns and any related fees are the customer's responsibility, however, shipping costs to send any replacement or repair equipment will be covered by us. .
