TriPollar's shipping and delivery policy

- Free transportation within HCM City, orders outside the above area are subject to the shipping unit's shipping fee

- Please note that TriPollar Vietnam will dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving payment.

- Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on holidays or Sundays will be processed the next business day.

- Orders are shipped from HCM city
