HOW TO USE

	Clean: Clean and dry your desired treatment area.
	Prep: Apply a thin, even layer of TriPollar’s Preparation Gel over the first area, whether it’s a thigh, buttock, hip, arm, the abdomen or the waist.
	Choose: Plug in and turn on the device, then choose your treatment type: the green indicator means RF (one green light is for Low level, two Medium and three High), while a few more clicks of the power button activates the blue RF + DMA mode. One blue light means Low level, two Medium and three High.
	Treat: Place the electrodes against the skin and apply slight pressure, then slowly move the device across the area in small circular motions until the orange light turns on, meaning the skin has reached the optimal temperature. Ensure the device is constantly moving and all four electrodes remain in contact with the skin.
	Move: Enlarge your movements and remain on the treatment area for 5 minutes, ensuring the orange light remains illuminated, before moving onto the next.
	Results: Enjoy all the benefits of your body-focused RF treatment, including toned limbs and a reduction in cellulite and dimpling.

Please note: The Preparation Gel/Balm is very thick. Applying too much gel can interfere with the proper function of your device. For best results, please apply a thin layer of the gel/balm to your skin in the desired treatment area. Please do not apply the gel/balm directly on your device.
